I brought this game... It doesnt work on my iPad mini.. How do I get my dollars back

The game is awesome. The only problem is that the game is not optimized for ipad pro. And the sounds are somehow low quality. It seems that its trying to rip the speakers.

Downloaded the game twice because it keeps crashing have not been able to play it after paying $4.99 for the app. Looks like an awesome game but I wouldnt know.

The game seems like it would be real cool but I cant really figure out whether it is or because it crashes when I get to pick a new weapon before level 2. Everything is dimmed out and wont let me choose the new weapon. Restarted my phone and everything a couple times. Kind of a bummer since I am a real big Earthworm Jim and Rayman fan. Seems like theres a number of people running into crash issues. If I pay $5 for a game I feel like it should run seamlessly. Maybe thats just me though. 3 stars for the crashing because I really cant even play the game.

This is a game where typically youd have jump, dash and slide with simple gestures. Instead, you have four buttons on the screen, which makes it too difficult to play. You can miss the buttons very easily, and it starts making frustration from the second level. On top of this, tap then tap and hold the jump button for floating is super weird, it could have been just tap and hold. Its a really simple and fun, if you can get used to the controls, but I personally dont like having virtual buttons on a touch screen.

Whenever I open the game it says nerf game for a few seconds then crashes and I know my I pad is compatible because its a I pad mini 2 but I cant actually play the game.

This is an extremely fun and high quality platformer. Everything about it feels just as good as console games a like the Raymond series. Its got beautifully designed clever levels, excellent graphics, perfect controls, a very satisfying difficulty level, fun weapons that really make a difference to the gameplay. Also no IAP, just pay once and its yours. If you love great platformers definitely get this.

This wonderful auto-running shooter has it all: sublime graphics, terrific sound, and outstanding game mechanics. While the game is challenging, its done in a fun way that always makes me want to try one more time! Getting gold medals really feels like an achievement. There is a great simple combo system that makes the game game flow wonderfully once it clicks....in six years of playing IOS games, this is easily in my all time top 10. Highly recommended, and worth every dime....please support this talented studio!
